Cyprus Policy Center (CPC) Research Assistant, Devrim Şahin, delivered a speech on "The Spectrum of Humanitarian Intervention: between Stability and Flexibility" at the panel "Justice, International Law and Order: Responsibility From a Legal Perspective" as a part of the 12th Pan-European Conference on International Relations held in the University of Economics, Prague (Czech Republic) on 12-15 September 2018. The conference entitled "A New Hope: Back to the Future of International Relations" was organized by the European International Studies Association (EISA).
